How bloody impressive did Altior look?! Would love him purely from a spectacle to take on Douvan in the Champion Chase but he won't and instead is a shoe-in for Arkle triumph surely?!

Native River coming up trumps against a disappointing Bristol de Mai and taking that form into the GC could well be a worthy alternative to Thistlecrack.

Unfortunately had Vibrato Valtat who just couldn't get any momentum with the weight and cost me the first part of my win acca. :(

Look forward to seeing Finian's Oscar who still should win comfortably and some good nags at Leopardstown.

Have heard a good word for Blacklion in tomorrows Grand National trial. He's favourite, currently 7/2, but apparently he's been trained with this race in mind for a while, rather than using it is a stepping stone to the National.

I've had an each way nibble on Kruzhlinin so I might have a saver on Blacklion.

I backed Blacklion at £10 EW at 14/1 at last years Cheltenham Festival. Celebrated in the pub when he won, only to discover that I'd stupidly put him in an EW double. The other horse promptly came 5th :banghead:.

I've decided to be less greedy this year.

Interested to see the return of Cue Card and whether he bounces back with a flourish after the relative disappointment of the KG6.

Jezki too will feature i'm sure in peoples bets this weekend.

Another one i'm going to have a few quid on is Shotgun Paddy (10/1) in the Eider next week so it'll be interesting to see how Kruzhlinen (16/1) and Goodtoknow (10/1) get on in the Grand National Trial today as they are all (currently) due to face each other in that race.

Yanworth unconvincing but once again doing enough to get the win - good enough to win the Champion Hurdle still remains a big if for me.

Tombstone getting the better of Jezki was an upset and a big win for Vieux Lion Rouge for the GN trial over Blaklion which you'd imagine what with weights decided that he will come right in to near favourite, if not outright favourite.

See now if Cue Card bounces back....

Tendon tear apparently, that's going to shake up the odds
Native River favorite but i'd imagine Cue Card will eventually come in to at least JF.

I quite like Sizing John at 10's personally although in truth this has now been blown truly wide open.

No Thistlecrack in the GC!!!!!

That is a real bummer, the good horses are dropping like flies. I was looking forward to seeing how he'd fare in such a race.

Luckily I've held off making any AP ACCA's etc.

Two weeks to go until Cheltenham, so excited, even with all the horses that are going to be missing. What would everyone's Lucky 15 be right now?

Mine would be:

Might Bite - RSA
Djakadam - Gold Cup
Yorkhill - JLT
Moon Racer - Supreme
