At rb he has done well but in the cup at lb he looked poor.

So when he's played out of position, he's looked poor?

Hold the phone. Lol

Regardless. At RB, he's looked great IMO. Bags of potential. Would like to see him feature more this year, for sure.

I think Aurier was a bit of an appeasement buy to the fans and save face over selling walker. Don’t think levy wanted to look like he was falling into the media narrative of selling best players and not replacing them. I think if it was down to Poch he would have gone with KWP as back up. With Trippier continued progress personally I’d have no issue with selling Aurier and giving KWP back up. But most likely scenario is loan KWP and give Aurier one more season.

Am I the only one that can’t decide which one to sell/loan?

All three have great potential and at their best can be superb RB or RWB.

I think the likelihood is that KWP will go out on loan

my opinion … trippier is our best rb in the short-term and kwp our best in the long-term, which leaves aurier the odd one out. if aurier is here next season then i expect he will improve but not to the point where it's worth stifling kwp's development for. i suspect what will actually happen though is that kwp goes out on loan, if that's the case then i just hope it's done earlier in the window rather than scrambling around at the last minute trying to find him a club.

Should have been out on loan, and we need to make a decision about who we sell of Trippier and Aurier soon. Walker-Peters have the potential to be far better than them both, Alexander-Arnold play every week, while KWP sits on his ass.

KWP is probably better than Aurier right now. Yes, I'm serious. Aurier is a total liability defensively, both positionally and with his constant, needless fouls from diving in.

Trippier has bought himself some rope because of the World Cup. At the end of the season he was just as uncertain in the fans standing as Aurier.

The mask of having some great games against poor opposition albeit in a World Cup slipped today. He'll never be an elite right back as whenever he faces a threatening left sided attacker he falls apart.
Aurier won't ever make it here I don't think. If there was ever a time to give KWP a shot at a proper start its next week against Brighton. Never know it could save us a fortune and seeing as Liverpool have been starting a younger RB we need to stop being such cowards.

Agreed, I think we have 2 average fullbacks on the right side. Might as well give KWP a shot this season and see what he can provide in a larger role.
