And he immediately hits his first bogey of the tournament! :)

I think I've discovered my superpower.

Looking like Mickelson will miss the cut. Goon. 10 quid down the swanny.

Great score from Watson today.

God I love watching Fred Couples play golf. Swings the club so easily. Would love him to stay up near the top again at Augusta. He could have won it a few years back.

Anyway, how good would it be to play golf at Augusta??!!

I think I'd purposely hit wayward shots just to see every inch of the place.

It's Watson's to lose the way he's played so far. I wouldn't bet against him.

I'd love to play the course, but I think I'd find out pretty quickly how much better all these guys are than me! Amen Corner would be good. I'd play 11 as a par 5, keep playing 12 til I got a par, lay up on 13 ... sweet.

Pah, they aren't that good. I happen to have played the Brabazon and only came in 42 over par!!!!

Ah, you'd have to try hit 13 in two, just for the craic. I'd probably play 16 until I got a hole in one at the Sunday pin, or close to it as possible.

After my drive I'm not sure the option would still be available!

I don't like golf but I feel the need to post here to say how much I hate Bubba Watson's stupid face. He looks like a fat redneck Gideon Osborne.

I haven't watched golf in a while.

How's Jimmy Tarbuck getting on? Brucey still got that swagger on the green?

I think Bubba or Kooch, but I'd love to see Westwood or Jimenez come through and take it. Too much pressure for Spieth and Blixt, for me. Fowler likewise. Furyk? Could be.

This is going to be some final round.

I was delighted to see Watson come back to the field yesterday. It's just not exciting if there's not four or five guys in with a chance. Especially in the majors. Unless of course someone is playing exceptional and romps home by 7/8 shots, as McIlroy and Tiger have done in the past, but overall it's better to watch when it's close down the stretch.

Agreed. Nothing particularly against him, but I was hoping he'd bollox up a couple!

Yep, adds to the excitement.

Although on an unrelated point I will say that I want anyone using a belly putter to do horrendously in any tournament they play.

It'll be interesting to see when they start changing to comply with the rules in 2016, and what difference it makes.

Well Keegan Bradley will never hole another putt in his career for starters

Good. Hate that prick anyway. Drove me mad at the Ryder cup last time out so when McIlroy beat him in the singles on the last day it was great, and to see his face after the Europeans stormed back to win was even better.
