So would that be a good sign for our ground as the national E-sports centre.

You can't help but think a brand name linked almost as long as video games have existed with sports games would point in that direction.

I did suspect when the pictures of the stadium on Fifa 19 emerged last week it could be a potential bigger story.
Then again, some one may have put two and two together like me and it's nothing.

Not necessarily - EA Sports is usually shown with a red EA, but not always. EA, as in Electronic Arts (non sports division) is typically blue or black but can be pretty much any color suggesting flexibility.

Even ea sports is sometimes done in black. I could live with it.

Seems unlikely, not really big enough revenue to piss it about on expensive prem stadium names

They make a decent amount of money a year(operating income of $1.4 billion) and they do have $6 billion in cash and cash equivalents, so they have the spare money to easily cover something like this.

I'd be happy with EA. makes sense and it would be a good piece of news regarding the stadium which, let's be honest we could do with

Exactly.
Alot smaller than the likes of the Emirates, ethad and AM EX which are the modern built prem stadium partners

EA will also be a good sponsor when attracting new fan bases. I've recently lost my nephew to Chelsea because his footballing education comes from a computer screen not getting to go watch the games.

I genuinely would be satisfied with EA. I think it would be a decent little sponsor for many reasons
