Maybe but Jan is also about to be 31. So anything he signs from here in will probably be 1-2 year bumpers.

Dembele is a tricky one with my Levy hat on. A month ago he’d been written off. There’s obviously injury issues. However he’s been magnificent last 3 games. It’s definitely a position we need to address with a big money buy in summer imo. So he may then be fighting with winks to be 2nd choice. Plus we have a host of young CM coming TOB Onomah? Skipp Maghoma.It would be harsh and possibly bit risky but he will be nearly 32 by time this contract ends. But I might say thanks for your service. It’s interesting that dembele and vertonghen will the first of this Poch era to be getting to sell by date. Will be very interesting to see how they are handled or if Poch will be as ruthless as he has been to date.

Vertonghen definitely could easily go on to 35. Dembele I’m not sure will be 32. That may well just be a natural end for him in a spurs shirt.

Son - have to worry about his Korean military commitment

Dembele and Vertonghen - Age is becoming a factor

Toby - we have seen how tricky his contract can be - he knows this is his best chance at a huge contract.

Lamela - so many injury conditions to consider - back and hips.

Walker-Peters - Is he going to step up and take Trippier's place? When he does that, I am sure a new contract is coming. If he does not do that, I would imagine a sale - as I doubt KWP wants to stay here forever as a 3rd RB.
