The Pochettino Effect

With all the unfounded rumours of half of our team leaving I thought I'd write a quick thread to possibly discuss the Pochettino effect on our team.

What I mean is, you can take anyone out of our side, wither it be an injury to Dembele, Vertonghen, Winks, Alderweireld, Kane, Lamela, Rose etc .... and to me it seems Pochettino has every position and every replacement to cover those positions all drummed home in what job they should be doing. Because all of his players know exactly what they should be doing, it is showing with our squad and with what they have learned, that they can come in and do a job and dont look like they are not part of the first 11.

This is really bloody hard to achieve imo. I know its not going to happen this season, but if we did lose anyone we didnt expect or want to lose, then Poch will have the replacements ready with them all knowing exactly what to do.

I thought losing Rose would hurt us, losing Kane, Vertonghen etc would set us back, but the players coming in all slot in perfectly and all know what to do.

Our squad are beasts and Poch has created this. Thoughts ?

Poch and Kane are the two most important people at the club (with Levy obviously). We could lose players but as long as we have Poch and Kane we will continue to progress.

I agree, without Poch I feel thats where we will struggle...Kane would be a huge loss, but we won every game he was out so we know we can do it.
