Just because Hazard and Fibreglass said they would rather Leicester win the title it doesn't mean they are going to throw the game. Let's face it, if we are still in the race when it come to the last game, the media are going to be all over Chelski like a rash. Having come out publiclity with that shit they have put themselves right in the spotlight and it's not as if only Spurs fans have seen it, everyone has. Any mistake they make in that game will be viewed as an attempt to throw it and by saying it they have made it very, very difficult to actually do.

Chelsea are going to be playing against the people about to take their medals off them - that'd motivate me to wipe the smiles off their face..... Doubt the players really care about us

Bottom line is that as ridiculous as it sounds, Leicester have been the best team at winning games this season, it might not be pretty, there might be a few unsavoury characters in their team but they have just been better than everyone else.

I kind of hate (and slightly love) the fact that we are the bad guys in this story - it is stopping me enjoying what is the most incredible story in English football in the last..... well for as long as I can remember. There's plenty to dislike about Leicester, but it can only be a good thing that they demonstrate that any team really can win the league - because until now, I wouldn't have agreed. Hopefully them doing it this year demonstrates to our players that they can do it next year. It's frustrating, (trigger warning) spursy almost that in any other season WE would be the fairy tale, we would be the story, we would be the plucky outsiders upsetting the apple cart - instead somehow we've been cast as the evil megabucks Sky 5 big club that needs to be put in their place (and how did that happen?)

But, that doesn't stop the fact that this is the most incredible spurs team I have ever seen, this is the best season (at least league-wise) I have ever seen - and we should be able to do it next year (not that anything's guaranteed - ask Liverpool :) )

We've also scored more and conceded less than anybody and played the best football with the youngest squad - and still, we're the villains. Could only be us.

Not for the last two months they haven't. They've needed absolutely diabolical refereeing decisions in their favour to beat Newcastle, Southampton and Sunderland, and similarly to scrape a point at home to West Ham and yesterday at Man Utd. They were thoroughly unconvincing against Norwich and Palace as well. The only team they've beaten convincingly was Swansea, who pretty much rolled over for them (and still they benefited from a handball not being penalised and an incredibly generous free kick that never was for the first two goals.)

No one in the media questioned Guidolin saying he wanted Leicester to win the league a few days before his team bent over and lubed themselves up for Leicester, so why would they for Chelsea?

Now im not one for conspiracy theories in general but (haha)
The monday nights and the extremely dubious ref decisions do kinda play in to the theorists hands to be fair to them.

I am however starting to loose a bit of interest in sport in general
Even f1 this season stinks we have in recent years witnessed corruption in virtually every sport from cycling to football ,boxing has been there as well
Im at the stage where nithing surprises me any more and thats kinda sad really.

Did anyone here Collymore talk about Chelsea players saying that they wanted Leicester to win.

He said that why would Chelsea be professional and play at their best against Leicester when clearly Fabregas and Hazard deliberately played shit to get Mourinho sacked.

Hazard plays in the Belgium team with 4 of our players. I don't think he was serious about preferring Leicester to win the title. Even if he was serious I don't believe he would actually play so as to make easier for Leicester to win his position in the national side would then be untenable!

Don't really think that matters. So what if he plays with 4 of our players. The guy has proved that he's not a nice guy. Played shit to get Jose the boot. Quite a few of them did tbh.
He won't be dropped for Belgium because he's annoyed 4 of our players..far from untenable.

Bottom line is Leicester have performed the WHOLE season. We took 10 games to get properly into our stride as Potch has said. I'd say from the point onwards we've been better than Leicester but in the big games they've made it really count. They beat us at the Lane and for me that was the day we lost any hope of the title. We have had some mightily impressive title winning games such as last minute winner vs Watford away, beating man.city away and when the pressure was on Stoke away and man.u at home but we have also not finished teams off like arsenal at home when they had 10men and west brom the other night. I have been so so happy and impressed with us this year I just really hope we can at least cling on to 2nd because I don't think anyone could argue that we've certainly been better than Arsneal and Man.City and it would be really harsh to finish below either of them.

While there is still hope we dare to do and dare to dream but realistically we weren't ever in with a good chance of the title and Leicester will be deserved winners. That having said if we win our next 3 games and somehow win it well fully deserve it also.

If we can win tonight that would put the icing on the cake if this season for me and we'd be 1 pt off securing 2nd.

Anyone who thinks Sky cared about anything other than their viewing figures with the scheduling is deluding themselves. If anything they'd have an incentive to want the title race to go to final day.

Surprised the sky sports presenters aren't wearing black armbands today after Man Utd spoiled their Leicester love in yesterday

What about the 6 months previous to their 'lucky' 2 month spell that they're currently in?

They've had an unreal season, rode their luck at times, and if they win it, which it looks like they will, then they deserve it.

Teams have struggled against them simply due to how they play, which is unlike any other side in the league. It's not attractive, and the more I've watched their full games recently, the more I dislike their style. But it's very workman like and they have picked up more points than us playing their style. Fair play to them.

Let's just do Chelsea tonight and pray that Everton beat them.

Having said what I said about Leicester deserving it (they do) - I REALLY want them to win it, rather than Chelsea taking it from us and giving it to them.... that's a pretty horrific thought....

Its embarrassing.

Two things:

1) I swear it's the same people who have been posting for years - even on this thread - about the "Sky 4" - how Sky manipulate fixtures and results to prevent anyone other than the same 4 [richest] clubs from winning the title - who are now insisting that Sky are manipulating fixtures and results to prevent anyone other than Leicester City from winning the title. It can't be both. What they are actually doing is manipulating fixtures to maximise viewers and advertising revenue.

2) If we were in our customary April/May position of scuffling to try to get into the Europa League and trying to keep fading hopes of a Champions League place alive, while Leicester City were unexpectedly marching off with the title, threads like this would be full of angry, frustration-filled Spurs supporters, demanding that we emulate them, poach their best players next summer and play next season on the counter-attack. We'd all be measuring up Pochettino against Ranieri and wishing Levy had infuriated every Spurs fan in the world by hiring Ranieri after Sherwood was let go.

Yet he was one of several Chelsea players clearly playing within themselves because they wanted Mourinho sacked.

I highly doubt that. Anyone expressing a desire for us to play like Leicester would be an absolute minority against the vast majority of the board reminding them of the 'Spurs way' of entertaining football, along with that Danny Blanchflower quote.
