Some Tottenham fans have noticed that one member of the club's new coaching staff has been missing from the dugout during the first two Premier League games

The reason for that is because the Australian has been sat up in the stands with Spurs' data analysts getting a better view of the overall picture of the game, Jedinak then feeds information back to the rest of the coaching staff during the match to help inform Postecoglou's decisions and for use at half-time and after the game.

I'm surprised more managers don't do this. You get a much better sense of the tactics, formation, movement and so on up in the stands than at ground level.

Really encouraging that we've been much improved in the second half so far. Also, it hasn't been Conte style of let's only start playing in the second half, but instead keep going with the system and ideas but finetune these things and have belief that we can pull it off.

I could never understand why people like to be at pitch level but they do. Always used to get up on the shelf aligned with the penalty area marking. In front of one of the rail barriers.

I was always under the assumption that the data people did this anyway 🤷‍♂️

And people in the west stand tunnel club pay something like £9,000 each for a seat at pitch level:)
