Think that’s the third or fourth planning application for that plot of land. Wonder how much we actually spend on planning applications each year. Even without the stadium it must be hundreds of thousands!

If any costs are being incurred by The Club including any Director / Employee for time working on the Applications for Properties owned offshore by ENIC it would be normal practise for the services to be invoiced.

Seems like Levy/ENIC are building Spurs into more than just a football club but more the central hub of regenerating Tottenham. Apart from the building plans now we have theatre coming to Tottenham with the announcement today of a link up with Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG).

I remember when the Old Wembley was just the stadium, huge car park and the arena plus a load of industrial units, now look at Wembley today it has been transformed . Maybe that's the vision for Levy & ENIC but what's lacking are the transport links, cross rail 2 is light years away.

Transport links can be improved, more trains can be run per hour to WHL on the overground.

If it came to it, the Northumberland Park depot 'could' have a underground station added.

All hypothetical of course... but when things hit a critical mass, then it becomes political, and those in power want to then spend money to improve and get votes.
