Yeah there's plenty of goals in DESK and Lucas, I'm not against shipping Lamela for another attacker though.
Lamela has to go. Cannot rely on him one bit. Llorente out of contract plus Janssen and N’Koudou aren’t good enough means imo we need another quality forward.

RB-CM-FW are musts next season and that’s before even contemplating if Toby and Eriksen go

I just don't see any issue with the attacking part of the squad at the moment. Eriksen (yes he could go), Alli, Son, Kane, Moura, Lamela, Llorente takes some realistic improving on (also costly).

Would be happy to keep Llorente on for another season.

Clever use of averaging which completely ignores his improvement over the last few seasons.
If you take it from 3 seasons ago, when he improved, he averages 8 goals and 5 assists a season and also wins on average 3 pens a season.

Should we, though? Lucas is more productive in terms of goals and assists. We need to focus resources on the areas of most pressing need: CM, RB.
TBF, Lucas is more productive in term of goals but not assists, although Zaha has played 900 more mins, he has 3 assists more than Lucas but has 2 goals less.

Zaha saying he wants to quit Palace for CL footy.

Think the bidding would be too rich for us, and with £50m it would take we’d do far better strengthening in central midfield.

I hate the attitude of going to the press to tell them you want to leave for CL team.

I hated Rose when he did that interview questioned our signings and he was a player I loved and one of our own. Only just forgiven him tbh.

Also, if he was so ambitious, why did he sign new contracts with Palace when we were perusing him.

Depends how Poch wants to set up, Liverpool don’t have an Eriksen, Zaha Son and moura with Kane behind would boss it. I’m drunk btw.

would have taken your hand off for zaha 1-2 years ago now... not quite sure. Think there is plenty more on offer now and younger, give me a Nicholas Pepe over him any day.

Last year I would’ve loved Zaha, but the price Palace would want would take a large chunk out of whatever spending we have and I’d rather spend that money on a top cm if we’re going to spend 50 + on a single player. Besides why did he sign a 5 year deal if he wanted to play CL? Palace are no where near challenging for top 4.

WTF. They got Can for free last season, are signing Ramsey, why the fuck do they need another CM?

Their revenue is lower than ours and they blew €100m on a 34 year old and are paying him a fortune. I don’t think they have that sort of money lying around unless they sell Dybala this summer.

Matuidi (1 year left on contract) and Khedira are both 32 and they rotate their CMs often. Can was brought in to replace Marchisio.

My main issue with Zaha is losing him for the African Nations every two years at Christmas!
