skipp vs chelsea u23s
not my work this time, @chelseayouth on twitter made it. he also said skipp was man of the match in the u18 game yesterday.
Isn't Griffiths leaving in the summer?Expect Griffith, Hinds and Skipp to be called up to the u18s this season. Shame BLF got injured as I imagine he would have featured in a couple of games too
Cant fault his work rate, determination or attitude based on that vid.
Gone are the days where I had time to watch the youth but I would maybe worry about his technique and passing in a CM position in the 1st team. Liked the look of him at CB though.
Again just based on that vid. Is that accurate of him?
not really, there were a few aimless hoofs at the end which may influence your thinking but we'd been playing for 50 mins with 10 men by that point and were just seeing out a win. his passing and technique are solid, he's not some technical passing wizard but he's certainly not poor on the ball by any means either, he's more natural in possession than dier is imo. you can see him a bit more on the ball here, or here. he may end up at cb yet but would probably need to grow a bit to be considered there at first team level.
I have seen two full games and a series of his clips, but he really reminds me of Lewis Cook. Is that a worthy comparison?
