Am I the only one who rates Jayden Brown? I saw a bit of Danny Rose in him

No. But I don't see him as a Danny Rose, I see him as a very steady LB who does everything to a good standard going forward and back. However, like @Spurzinho I see him as becoming more of a LCB. Where I differ to Spurzinho though is I probably rate him slightly higher. At this point if I am a young English player and getting released I'd get my agent to find me a club abroad, and just try your hand out there. Even if you reach a very average level wherever you are in Europe, you will hold value as homegrown player, so I would just do that.

Based off the pics and the games watched I don't think that is the squad but more the players we have that could have qualified for the tournament, as there are couple of good players in there I was looking out for but couldn't see

@topper
He is their captain

I'll watch the 2nd game in a bit. On the first where Haysman is picking out some quality passes, adn Hackett has really started to look even better.

No. 10 is Forson and he has always been a lot bigger than his age group, as I've mentioned a couple of times, he's been pushed up a couple of years groups on at least 3 occasions I'm aware, so the coaches have the same idea as you. I imagine it's similar for Hackett too is is also quite tall. As I've said before a lot of quality spread around the age group

Also a squad pic of the age group when they were u13s last year taken, from the site with the squad list.

Haysman no.8 and Hackett no.6. Just edited my previous post with the names which may help

i was going to say i liked 4 and 8. haysman wasn't overly involved in the other two games but he had a few touches that caught the eye, he reminded me of markanday.

I can see that a little. I think he is more of a deep lying playmaker, whenever I see him he is always picking out passes, but he is a decent little dribbler to with a bit of skill. Definitely think he is a talented little player, one of the many I imagine England will be looking at and calling up to the u15 camps in August. Had a little interaction with @Romulus over it, after the Riga Cup matches

The no.4 was Casanova who I also like he scored a freekick in the first game.

I know I'm going to mention a lot of players but over the last couple of seasons I can imagine England looking at the following with the bolded as being certs I reckon for either the camps or playing for England u15s next season.

Scarlett (ST), Hudson (LB), Bryan-Waugh (CB), Hackett (CB), Haysman (CM), Casanova (CM), Forson (CM), Torraj (LW), Walters (RB). I need to look at Mathurin as he looked a lot trickier in that first game than I'd seen at Riga and you obviously believe he caught the eye in the other matches.

So all very promising

For future reference L to R: Shannon Brown, Dante Casanova, Reuell Walters, Adam Hayton, Jordan Hackett, Roshaun Mathurin, Dane Scarlett, Omari Forson, Jaden WIlliams, Aaron Maguire(big), Khalon Haysman, Renaldo Torraj(small), Don't know, Jahziah Linton, Shaun something (possibly Shaon Senkubunge from squad list)

Out of date now, but may be useful for future reference
TR: ?, Dane Scarlett, Roshaun Mathurin, Jaden Williams, Max Hudson
MR: Aaron Maguire, Tunji Obembe, Jordan Hackett, Brandon Bryan-Waugh, Benjamin Watt, Omari Forson, ?, Adam Hayton
BR: Khalon Haysman, Renaldo Torraj, Dante Casanova, Ollie Turner

Max Hudson looks like Toby's Mini-Me.

If this came from LWR I'd believe it more, but seems like he is just reporting what the Sport are saying, which I don't have much faith in

And Reo isn’t the typical Barca striker. I think if he leave it would only be to Germany or Netherlands

The U21/U23's group will look a little something like this then...

GK: Brandon Austin (20)
GK: Alfie Whiteman (20)
RB: TJ Eyoma (18)
RB: Tariq Hinds (18)
GK: Jonathan De Bie (18)
CB: Japhet Tanganga (19)
CB: Jonathan Dinzeyi (18)
CB: Brooklyn Lyons-Foster (17)
CM: Oliver Skipp (17)
CM: Dylan Duncan (20)
CM: George Marsh (20)
CM: Luke Amos (21)
CM: TOB (18)
CM: Jamie Reynolds (18)
CM: Paris Maghoma (17)
RM: Samuel Shashoua (20)
RM: Dilan Markanday (17)
LM: Anthony Georgiou (21)
AM: Jack Roles (20)
AM: Marcus Edwards (20)
AM: Phoenix Patterson (17)
ST: Kazaiah Sterling (20)
ST: Reo Griffiths (18)

The additions of BLF, Paris, Markanday & Patterson are part hunch and part hope. I certainly think there's room for them. I also think the club are very keen on little Armando Shashoua so we could see him move up partially without really establishing himself at U18 first.
Finally, there was no mention in the release list per LillywhiteRose of Freeman leaving. I'd have to assume that he is given that he's barely featured in the last two years and when he did he was very shakey but you just never know.

The quality is certainly going up compared to equivalent group last year. There’s probably a dozen in there you’d give a realistic chance of making seniors. Of course in reality be lucky if it’s 2 or 3 shows how tough it is now.

He may not be the typical barca first team striker but you will be surprised how many youth players they have had that are similar
