Are we forgetting how he played before Poch chased him. Giving the ball away in his own half on regular occasionsAppearing not to give a damn and no doubt behaving like a pratt around the club.
He won’t be back.

Was he not nineteen at the time? It’s entirely possible that he just matured later than some others, especially if he’s now admitting he made mistakes.

Do we think Skipp will play today. As we have most back from injury. And Burnley not till Saturday anyway. Be very disappointed if Parrott doesn’t feature. Hope he hasn’t entered pochettino invisible zone.

He has got more passing ability than any of our players except Eriksen, and he has got a better shot than again all of our midfielders except Eriksen. If Poch accepts him, would like him back as I think he is considered home grown.

#25 OLIVER SKIPP (TOTTENHAM)

Much was made of Tottenham’s failure to recruit new players in the summer, but such hysteria underestimated both Mauricio Pochettino’s willingness to trust young players and his ability to improve them.
Skipp’s emergence as a reliable midfield understudy for one of the best sides in the country has been understated but no less impressive, prompting Pochettino to liken his teenage enforcer to “a 30-year-old man” after his first Premier League start in December.

The way Binks has played this year I would have him on that list.

This is a myth. He gave the ball away in his own half a couple of times (no more than some of our current players) then people acted as if it happened 10 times a game. Someone like Dier has done this loads of times. Pretty sure Kane did it once and it led to a goal.

Currently at Schalke he is still givign the ball away in dangerous positions due to silly dribblings.
He is not a safe starter at Schalke and they are not doing too well, Champions League aside. I still try to track his development as I had high hopes for him and even bought his shirt. But honestly everytime I see him I think he has not really developped.
Still some solid passing and would have him as an option on the bench given our lack of CMs but then I don't think that would please him.

Heard another story by someone from Schalke that even if the team has won Bentalebs mood is down when he hasnt played a big part. Good to be ambitious, but can be dangerous for the mood in the dressing room as well.

Same again, should be 2-0! White indirect FK out wide, BLF gets free and knocks it in, but the ref pulls it back for... nothing obvious.

BLF now booked for literally nothing - PAOK bloke made it looked like he'd been caught in the face when he hadn't. Hostile crowd and useless ref.

PAOK down to 10 - a clear professional foul as Bennetts was breaking. Maybe a little harsh - he was far from being through on goal, and it wasn't overtly dangerous - but there was zero attempt to play the ball and it was from behind.

PAOK have a great chance on the break, but took it on the bounce and sent it flying.
