Nope, the only difference between the two are the clubs involved and one has a nice smile

All financials have not been finalized on Modric or Adebayor. Since they aren't the buying clubs have no right to them. And we are quite willing to sell Modric. Just looking for our valuation. That's it.

You're not telling me that we'll be as happy to sell Luka as City will be to sell Ade?

SC doesn't, that's what he's taking about, if you post a tweet, give it some context, don't just plonk it in for people to guess at what it concerns, ive got twitter but i dont want to have to do 15 mins of research just because someone couldnt be arsed to contextualise a post, it's laziness on their part, not mine. People being lazy or assuming some level of previous knowledge is one of the reasons this thread goes all around the houses every time something new happens, if anything, its about being considerate.

Exactly. Thank you.

To be fair, the grammar and spelling was shocking but any fluent English speaker should be able to understand what he wrote.

Adebayor doesn't want to go on the USA tour, hence the deal hasn't been concluded yet - but the deal is still going to happen.
Dragon is going to some hotel so ask him any sensible questions and he will try to relay them to his source.

To be fair, unlike last week, when it was impossible to work out what he was saying about Leandro, we can be reasonably sure that this version is more or less what Dragon intended. (But does he really mean that the only reason the deal hasn't been finalised is that Ade fancied a longer holiday? Sorry, I find that difficult to believe.) But it still really pisses me off that the guy is so ill-mannered he can't be bothered to spend a few seconds checking over what he's written. It's not as if it's the odd typo or spelling error or misplaced apostrophe, it's communication breakdown. It's meant to be important information, isn't it? BEN has genuine literacy problems, but, like Bill, I don't remember Dragon posting gibberish like this in the past.

I'm not saying they would let him play, just that they might be willing to let him hook up with us on tour and wouldn't be concerned at him missing training.

Obviously they're not concerned at his missing training (or at Tevez', apparently), but I don't think they'd be at all happy if he trained with us.

It's not ill mannered to make spelling and grammatical errors, it's poor manners to moan about people that are doing you a favour by providing you with information, that they are under no obligation to provide, just because it doesn't meet your own formatting standards. (y)

And if the information is incomprehensible because someone is too lazy to spend a few seconds to check he's written sense, it's utterly worthless. As I said, it's not just an odd typo or comma out of place, and it's not as if the guy can't express himself clearly. And no, he's under no obligation to provide the info, but I'll bet he just laps up the kudos.

But your complaint serves what purpose? Dragon1 doesn't post on SC to my knowledge, and is unlikely to get your message and change his posts as a result.

I understand you are frustrated by having to work out what was meant, but it is a reasonably simple message to decipher. Sometimes in ITK, as in life you have to put in a little effort to get what you want.

I think Dragon is far more likely to be offended at being called he than by any typing style, I was under impression from a few people that Dragon is female

No, I totally agree with SS57. Its just plain fucking lazy to communicate like that (or not in this case). How hard is it to re-read that back to yourself once and go WTF am I trying to say again?
