We're going to end up with Huntelaar and Podolski out of this. Guarantee. After all of our targets, we are going to end up with these two. And it will make the Sugar days seem like 1960 fucking 2.
25m??? Could you really see DL paying that?
I think you've cracked it Mr Pink.
The M in Man is capatalised to show that it's the masculine form of 'the' which is 'Der'
I hope he doesn't as i have order the black kit with modric on the back. And I'm sure spurs won't refund me either.
This isn't ITK but more of confirmation of ITK from one of the best sources in the business. I'm mates with Honigstein and I asked him to clarify his information on Marin's valuation. He is saying that Werder are indeed skint and as little as 10 million euros could tempt him away. I imagine that is common knowledge to most clubs. I don't think we are going to have the option of picking him up on the last day of the window though.
I'm still in the "Huntelaar would score for fun in the prem" camp.
.
I never have and I never will
In this instance, however, it is pertinent to state that Redknapp has publicly stated that the Chairman is trying to do something in regard to these two players, specifically, (Adebayor and Rossi) as it confirms a lot of the ITK we have heard.
Sorry, Journo, but I think you have failed to understand at all. I didn't say that other sources had said deals were being struck for Rossi and Adebayor. I said a lot of ITKs (Spurs specific) have said that we are interested, or that Levy is trying, and the manager himself has publicly confirmed this in regard to both these players. And yet you said, specifically, that you had heard nothing about these two players. That is, quite frankly, odd, and I asked you to explain it.
Vucinic is different, as Redknapp has never confirmed anything about him, but well-respected Spurs ITKs have stated that discussions are taking place. That seems strange if you are correct and we have had no interest in him.
I wouldn't doubt the plausibility of Redknapp appeasing fans by throwing some big names, spuriously, into the hat. But, to repeat, I do find it strange that most regular Spurs ITKers have said we are trying to do something with these players, and with two of them Redknapp has confirmed it, and yet you initially said you had heard nothing. Redknapp's utterances, at least, were in the public domain.
