Benzema to the scum (helps them domestically & in Europe)

Lamela to us (helps them domestically)

Ozil to Utd I would imagen as well. Maybe Di Maria to someone. As well as obviously Willian to us. Essentially the Bale deal is the key to a lot of players being moved around and the latter his transfer gets the less time Arss and Utd have to reap the rewards as well as us having less time to find an alternative. Makes sense in a fucked up, only Chelsea would be so low, sort of way.

I don't see why Ljajic to Roma would have any effect on Lamela considering they play on different wings and have different dominant feet. I also don't know why Ljajic would turn down us and then go to Roma who finished sixth last season. He really wants to go to Milan, going to Roma will only delay this. All he needs to do is wait a year and move on a free. If he was willing to go to a mid level club surely he would jump at the chance to come to us, which he didn't.

After the Willian nonsense I was wondering how long it would take for us to be linked to that green blob. Ugh, Hulk, I don't even kno what to say about him. I would very much be worried about the Lamela deal as thy are both inside forwards to different degrees. And we where worried about the amount of power vs the amount of creativity in our squad...

I have always held the belief that a mixture of ITK and media gives you the most accurate picture. Not just one or the other.

There are great ITKs out there but anonymity can bring WUMs and while there are shite journalists there are plenty good ones. Organisations like SSN are paid to get stuff right.

Both options will get things right and wrong. Even the likes of POTL and JJ. Things change fast for everyone.

It is of paramount importance that we sign Lamela to replace Bale. If we do not get Lamela, this transfer window has been a complete failure. Bale leaving and nobody replacing him will be the failure of this team...you need a like for like and Lamela is that guy.

Not a complete failure, mate. We've made some great signings so far. It'll just end on a sour note and on a scale of failure to success the window will end up average out to mediocre I guess.

I'm certain we'll replace Bale otherwise we're still a man short. It's who that player is is what concerns me.
