Is it where Fake Taxi parks up??
Nope its the old ford sports and social club, it was a shit place to play football and cricket about 10 - 15 years ago let alone now for a premier league club. Worst thing is, it doesnt look like they actually made any changes.

Fucking fitness first in Ilford has better facilities than that place

West Ham and Lazio have lots in common, which is why West Ham fans feel an affinity towards Lazio.

For instance, Lazio are a team from the Capital. West Ham are a team from the Capital.

Lazio play in the Olympic Stadium. West Ham play in the Olympic Stadium.

Lazio's fans are noted for their fascist and anti-Semitic tendencies. West Ham's fans are noted for their fascist and anti-Semitic tendencies.

In a totally unrelated fact to the one above, Lazio's fans worship Paolo Di Canio. West Ham's fans worship Paolo di Canio.

And Lazio's main striker is Immobile while West Ham's main striker is also often immobile.

Finally, Lazio's most successful period was in 1997-2001 when they won 1 League, 1 UEFA Cup Winners Cup, 2 Italian Cups and 2 Charity Shields whereas West Ham's most successful period was, err, in 1895-2018 when they won 0 Leagues, 1 UEFA Cup Winners Cup, 3 FA Cups and shared a Charity Shield.

Football friends mate. We have the same with Ajax and Aberdeen. Ours isn't built on facisim though...

Is it built on buying flowers and cupcakes for fans of other clubs? And then all having a singsong together afterwards?

I bet you love sitting in a circle with Feyenoord and Rangers, singing kum-by-yah and waving tulips at each other.

Meanwhile back in KUMB-land some chump decided to open up a discussion
about the new WHL stadium....

I love this post from that thread for about 16 different reasons:

Au contraire non frere. Apologies are absolutely not needed. Absolutely not.

The fact that we have a soul-less running track where we need binoculars to see the pitch in no way detracts from the potential for scatalogical irony, sarcasm, pathos, hyperbole, metaphor, simile and any other literary devices we see fit to employ for comedic intent when referring to the giant toilet bowl.

The use of literary devices in relation to scatalogical humour pre-dates modern English - I'm thinking the great works of classical Greek such as Virgil - and more recent examples by towering masters of literature such as Jonathan Swift and Chaucer are readily available to all via the wonders of the worldwide inter web.

The perhaps unintentional stadium design of a prolate spheroid resembling the finest work of Victorian genius Thomas Crapper presents a wonderful opportunity that we would be foolish to eschew. The opportunity allows us to both build upon and contribute to great works of classical literature as we celebrate the very best of British literature and the marvels of Victorian design that still shape our lives today.

Anything else would be taking the the p***.
