I've missed the season but I don't miss these nerves.

Kinda wish sometimes I could be one of these fans that doesn't give as much of a fuck as the next man.

Being only 22 I've had less great moments! Sounds madness that Crouch's goal is above the Carling Cup win against Chelsea for me, but it really is. I remember my dad bottled getting tickets for the game because of the run in we had but somehow managed to ring up at the right moment and got 2 returned tickets only a few days before the game - so glad I was there, our end went mad and the journey home was probably the greatest few hours as a Spurs fan I will ever know.

Same mate. Not had the pleasure of seeing Spurs in a cup final but when Crouchy scored... christ, that's gotta be up there. I think even though there was 9 or 10 minutes left everyone knew we'd won it. Electric.

The moment I knew we were there was when a Man City player played a long ball and Daws just towered over the striker and won the header, I just knew it, we were there.

We'd also parked in a car park full of City fans, it was fucking enjoyable watching them pile back into their cars - I knew how they felt after that West Ham game. Magic, I don't think I will ever have a better moment as a Spurs fan.

Not much though, most of the great moments have been since Jol took over. Before that it was the late 80's/early 90's and early 80's. Even though I'm 32 I don't really remember much of what happened before the 90's.

Watching that vid reminds me of the class Krancjar possesses. Some quality goals and play.

Perfect to get me in the mood for the start of the new season.

Special stuff mate.

I still tear up a bit when I see Crouchy score that goal at Citeh - all the Yids going mental behind the goal.

One thing that vid highlights is just how good Kranjcar is. With Modders out for so much of last season, Kranky did a massive job and bloody hell, he scored some amazing goals. What a player.

Yeah you will - we'll win the league, FA Cup and CL this year. And it will be brilliant:grin:

The Carling Cup, Woodgate and everything was special - no doubt about it! But the win against Man City meant everything to us, and all the more so after we got so close and the way we fell at the last hurdle against West Ham under Jol.

It was an electric evening and no one could say we didn't deserve it! We had occupied 4th spot for so long during the season, we had got what we deserved.

Also, it capped what has to be one of the best months in Spurs recent history? Chelsea 2-1, Arsenal - 2-1, Man City 1-0?

More of the same this season please! Starting in just under two hours time!

COYS!

The late 90's were a complete wash out no doubt about that. The Klinsmann-Sheringham-era mid 90's was pretty special, shame we couldn't defend for toffee and go on and win something with that team! I still almost sob thinking about that FA Cup semi final against Everton.

The good times returned with Jol, no doubt about that.

And now we have the chance to take the stepping stone to join the big boys party. Exciting times ahead!

The carling cup win is above crouchy's goal for me, you don't get any trophies for coming fourth, ask Arsenal fans if they are happy to win absolutely ZILCH :)grin:) for five years even though they qualify for the CL every year.

It's down to the fact that 4th is a stepping stone, hopefully on to winning things. That's the importance of that goal. In time, hopefully, it'll be viewed this way, if we can stay sat at the top table regularly.

Still love this video! They should play this to the players pre-game, just before they go out!

I'm not a huge Florence and the Machines fan but that song makes me really want to get up off my arse and DO SOMETHING!!! Not sure why really, it just has that effect on me.
