Ive just purchased a ticket for the Juventus game on obviously very short notice. Match was sold out weeks ago so membership card is at home in Norn Iron  Email tickets aren’t available for this match, so I’m going to have to queue at the ticket office to pick up my ticket. Has anyone any experience of using this, and any recommendations of how early I should turn up to allow enough time?

Thanks.

Going by some of the ticket office queues for European games, I'd aim to get there for 6:30pm at the latest. If I remember correctly There were at least 200 in the queue about five minutes before kickoff for the Real Madrid game.

I'd go there now if I were you, its dreadful.
This I queued for hour and a half for the Madrid game missed the first half and when I came away from the office the queue was longer than before .

Don't have first hand knowledge but have from others who sit near me when they have missed the start of games stuck in huge queues. Get there as early as you can is all I can say
