Armchair fan question alert! (I can't afford to go to games these days!)

Some friends are coming over from Australia, and they'd like to get to a game - home to Leicester on Saturday 17th September is when they're here.

What would be the best way to get tickets? We'd need at least one adult and one child (11 years old), preferably two adults and one child.

Any help/advice (much appreciated)!

(Another option might be Wednesday 14th, if we happen to have a home Champions League fixture that night, yet to be decided I think, but that may be easier to get tickets for...?)

It will be difficult for you to get tickets without being a member... 1 ticket per membership... my bet is that the Leicester-game will be sold out soon..

You can't buy several tickets at a time without memberships. Maybe you can try through travel agencies ?

This is info from Tottenham for Non-Members:

Or maybe if you know people with memberships you can "borrow" from them ?‍♂️ don't know.

Thanks, I figured it was going to be tricky. Maybe buying tickets from members, or borrowing a membership to buy tickets might be the best way...

Maybe... but you will need digital passes and tickets no matter what you decide to do. It's all digital now ?

Only real option is if a season ticket holder has 2 spare before putting on Ticket exchange, they can send to you if you have a CRN

Get a client reference number from Spurs (it's free) - then keep an eye on FB groups or hotspurtickets on twitter. If you didn't want to pay for a membership that is.

Or find someone who is a member to buy for you, and forward the tickets to your email/client reference number if that's possible

Just tried hotspurtickets on Twitter, thanks for the rec. My brother and I are actually coming from NY for the week of the Leicester match as well. We're both members, and were supposed to go a few years ago for the trip to get cancelled by COVID. Just constantly looking at ticket exchange to see if we can get anything, do more usually pop up closer to the match or nah?

Should I take anything I can find on there?

Usually yes, closer is better.. Id say so, but it'll be a case of keep checking several times a day for something that suits you.

A month out is plenty of time yet.

Think it's already open but bound to be more seats popping up on TE closer to the Leicester match. it's a 5.30 KO with TV coverage in UK so that will encourage some ST's with long journeys to sell .

There is another option for them, it’s not guarenteed though.

Take up membership of OzSpurs (official Australian fans club thing) - and then approach the OzSpurs about getting tickets. It’s $20 AUD for adults and $10 for kids for the membership.

As an official supporters club they do get access to tickets, but will be limited number and if over subscribed it goes into a ballot.

Cool, ta - these are also good options.
