Keep trying when you get in. just keep looking for 1 ticket on the find me a seat section. you may get lucky.

The system crashed whilst processing the order, it shows as a pending transaction in my bank account but nothing from the website/club apart from "we're sorry your order is currently processing and will be available in your account history when complete".

What does this mean, have I got tickets???

You’d think new stadium tickets would be easier to get it’s a joke they must give a fair percentage to corporate it’s not about the fans anymore sadly

Yes, you would think that a bigger stadium would enable easier access but I think a combination of bigger profile, better side, more ST holders and lots of corporate options mean that your chances are less.

In the queue since 9:10 and still not logged in. Been at about 90% since 10:15 and not moved since. The system is a farce.

Should just do a ballot.

I think the ticket prices are already crazy too. It is why I kept buying senior tickets at wembley for £10 as I knew soon I would have to fork out £60+ for basic game tickets

That's what I got. Check your account history as the loyalty points had already been updated for me and i could click resend email

Random, had 7 browsers open all at different times just to try and get some insight to how it works.

None the wiser I'm afraid, the only one that got in was Internet Explorer, loaded at 9:30am

Awful system, should have it so it shows how many people are in the queue before you, how long until you're in etc

I may go Bricklayers or something if I do not get a ticket - then atleast I can pose outside the stadium to suggest I was there in some capacity

I assume a bigger allocation is given to away fans as well with it being the Semi-Final?

Don't think so it's same 5% as for all other CL games so Ajax fans should be in the same blocks as for PL games 3000 of them.

Victims of the clubs success hopefully it’ll calm down a bit next season Wembley was easy but no one wanted to go and obvs a bigger capacity for a long period! Used to get to all the northern away games even that’s a struggle now

It would make everybody feel better about this system if the club announced what the demand was this morning e.g 30000 in the queue for 8000/9000 tickets or whatever the amount is , at least it would give fans some idea of why they didn't get through.

Was surprised to be able to eventually get 2 together about 15m ago. Got to payment. Website was so slow it timed out. And then booted me out. Brilliant.
