With 5 mins to go on the final phase it looks like there are still around 3-4k tickets still available (mainly at back of top tier)

Should mean a fair few ST holders outside the loyalty point cut off can still get tickets

Were there ever any Club Wembley on sale?
Got our tickets today but higher up than really wanted to be - but I'm not complaining happy to have same seat for final ?

No, fa cup semis and final are part of what club Wembley st golfers are paying for along with England games obviously.

So that entire middle tier are neutrals? I never knew that. I've only ever been bottom tier for a neutral game, don't think I'd noticed.

Frustrating thing is that I was on the waiting list for a ST for about 10 years and had over 300 loyalty points before this season now I have 39 (it was 41 the other day seems to shrink all the time!). On the one hand Wembley and the new stadium finally gave me the ST on the other it lost me the chance to attend cup semi and finals....

I've only had my season ticket from the start of this season and I have 49 points. No problems getting my semi final ticket, although it was only a 3 hour window today to do it in

I would've thought most of the seats end up on one of the approved touting sites.

No particular reason it should have shrunk the other day! Does it say why in your account? Might be worth getting in touch with the ticket office and asking about it or for a full transcript of your loyalty point history. 39 suggests you either don't go to any cup games, even the Champions League, or you miss a LOT of league matches.

It went back up to 41. Weird. Missed three league games this season but sold 2 so got the points. Did only get the Madrid CL game as my wife works weds nights and I have to look after the kid. Shame but as long as the team turn up I’m happy I guess

Should non-members who have gone to every cup game on general sale tickets be given priority over a season ticket holder who's been to every league game but no cup games?

Going to matches in earlier rounds has never given any priority to members' chances of getting semi-final/final tickets before, so why should it now? The loyalty point cutoff for our last two semi finals were 134 and 148 where going to one cup match accounted for 3% of the required minimum. This season going to one cup match makes up over 10%.

I wonder how many people bought tickets for the Rochdale replay but couldn't attend due to the weather. The club still took their money but they wouldn't have received the loyalty points because they didn't scan their card at the stadium.
Yep, that seemed a bit unfair to me. If you've paid for it, you've proved your loyalty surely, whether you actually go or not.

I had 46 points so just missed out
But can’t log on - says I don’t have the required permission to buy a ticket
Was hoping to take my son
Assumed all sold out
Do any of you with tickets know if it now has sold out?
Nothing on the website

I've got a ticket, but I'm not able to access the available tickets either.

Looked like there were a lot still available at the end of Phase 4 so keep an eye on your email...

Original email said:
In the event that tickets remain available once the final sales period is complete, we will contact season ticket holders who would then be eligible with instructions on how they can obtain a ticket for the match.

By any chance were you looking at your loyalty points on the new season ticket page at one point? And then the other time went back and looked on the usual page? Because I done this and in total I have 56 loyalty points, logged into the season ticket part of the screen to see how they were selling before my phase (7) and it said I only had 50 and thought the club had taken some off me. Only to then realise on the ST pages it is frozen at the date the process started.
