In sickness and in 'ealth

I used to love it when he would come on the pitch at half time during a game as ALf Garnett and start going on about West Ham

Just a small thing, ELY. My apologies for being a slight pedant, but the show was 'Till Death Us Do Part...'

Sorry.

The more realistic this sick plan gets, the more anti OS feeling there will be.....

I thought he was dead, and unless he released that statement from the grave its still not worth another bloody thread.

I agree, currently the protests are only by a small number of people and have looked a little pathetic.

IF we are given the go ahead to move though I'd expect a far greater number of people to be up in arms about the prospect and we might well see more vocal and visual displays of discontent.

I just hope it doesn't have an adverse effect to us on the field.

Well, there were only 500 fans outside lane at the protest the other day, a fraction of the attendance. There were probably more Newcastle fans outside St. James when they released their yellow away kit.

I know, I know. It was awful of me. I'm genuinely embarrassed. I really don't like correcting people, although sometimes I can't stop myself.

Plus which the article was interesting, and I neglected thanking you for finding and posting it.

My bad. Have some rep to make up for it.

EDIT: It seems I can't rep you until I've spread the love. So, you see, I do 'love' you ELY. Not in that way, but in a manly, 'we both support the best team in the world' kind of way.

Lets wait for the decision ......don't kid yourself it will be 500.

I'm just being realistic. At the moment no one seems to be taking the protest seriously.
I know, the youtube video of them singing 'North London is ours....' with their crudley made banners and little flare was cringe worthy.

But I agree, I fully expect the protests to become a great deal louder and in greater volume if the announcement is made that we have won the bid and plan to move.

Right now it probably all seems like hear say to most people, reality might dawn on people once the decision is made and I suspect a large number of fans will become vocal in their disapproval of the move.
