I liked his performance yesterday and I hope he gets his chance next season,

He's a very clever player and can play in different positions which maybe an advantage in becoming a squad player.

Everyone's been raving about Pricthard this season and rightly so as he has had a good season in the championship.

Saying that, Carroll has played premier league football with Swansea and from what I've read, he's done really well and deserved his chance aswell.

Carroll in, Dembele and numerous others out. Lets give the lad a chance he might save us a lot of money.
He has the hunger to succeed.

Poch will have had words with him upon his return which will have provided encouragement to him for having this opinion of his immediate future.

I'm just glad to hear of a youngster who is wanting to fight for the right to prove himself, rather than running to his agent to instruct him to get him out of the club as soon as possible.

By all accounts, all of our youngsters applied themselves well in yesterdays game? And showed a desire and hunger that many of our seasoned professionals haven't shown over this season?

If that's the case, Poch will be delighted, and our future looks extremely bright.

Not necessarily - Tom says he doesn't know what the plan is for him.

Yes I watched the game twice and was really pleased with their endeavours as well as their skill.

Excellent, thank you for the response, old bean :D .. Hopefully Pochettino notided the same thing as you and others on here seem to have noticed, after all, his whole system is based upon effort and endeavour, so players demonstrating such traits should be a welcome surprise for him.

Have faith in Tom... I promise you won't regret it.. He can do things and see things others can't. Let's see eriksen do that flick pass and 1-2 turn and assist..

He's a good prospect but I struggle to see how he fits in to Poch's preferred system. Personally I think we will sell him but if he stays and proves me wrong that would be great. Honestly though I think like Holtby and Siggy he'll be better off elsewhere. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.

.

Exactly the same mentality as Ryan Mason. I would love to see how far we can go with a hungry young team. We probably need to spend big for a second striker but otherwise I think we have the makings of a top squad.

Done enough to get his wish.
A volunteer is worth two conscripts they say.
We won't know if he can make it unless we give him a go
Boy deserves a chance.
Might save us a few bob Daniel.
Pre-seasons the time.

I maintain, in the much discussed Poch midfield double pivot, this guy could push Mason all the way for the distributor role alongside the destroyer. Always liveley and making himself available for the pass, plenty of give an go's to get the tempo going.
With Bentaleb and Stambouli/Schneiderlin for the DM role, Mason and Carroll vying for the distributor. Worth a look.

We have a lot of good/top 4-6 midfielders but we don't have any match winners. I agree to give Tom a chance as it's another advertisement for decent youngsters to come to our club BUT we do need 1 or 2 really out-standing players. 1 of them a central midfield captain fantastic!! So if Tom comes in a lot more needs to go out.
