Meh, I'm not a fashion victim.
In 20 years time I won't have to look at a picture of myself in jeggins, cleavage teeshirt and a ponsy beard looking like a bearded lady.

I don't think that's the only option besides owning a menagerie of Ralph Lauren polo t-shirts.

All 10 or 12 Ralph Polo shirts I have use the same template.
It doesn't make me sad to know that :ROFLMAO:

...until you see the ugliest guy in town wearing the same shirt as yours, or better yet, the coolest guy in town wearing the same shirt to make you look ugly.

And they are everywhere.

Knowing that doesn't make you sad, having 10 to 12 Ralph polo shirts does, though.

Is this the moment a Ralph employee adds his comments??
Mind you, I wouldn't buy them if I couldn't get hold of them for under a tenner each.

Funnily enough, and completely OT, but a kid on our estate accused my boy of wearing fake Ralph the other day.
My lad turns round and says "they aren't fake, my dad works for Ralph Lauren".
Kid responds with "yeah, making fake clothes"
My lad's final mic drop comment "at least my dad has a job"

No, I suspect Under Armour would be due compensation and that's why it hasn't been officially announced.

Could well be because it is Nike we are switching to, as I remember we announced UA a year before we switched from Puma.

It seems that we'll clearly be having template kits which is a shame but I guess it was always a long shot to believe that we could be any different.

Anyway, I really like the geometric, almost camo-style print on the third shirt so may well end up opting for that one. Looking forward to seeing them.

And what's wrong with looking like a bearded lady? I happen to think I pull that off quite well

Fair play to your lad! Great comeback (y)

But i am looking forward to the Nike kits tbh, i really dont like the UA kits this year.
Hopefully will be a partner for the stadium as well.

Because Nike has one basic template, and they've used the same colors for multiple teams. It's lazy. At least other sponsors have multiple templates and things that differentiate teams. Nike doesn't.

Look at the new red USA kit. It's the same as PSG, Portugal, Russia, and England. The only difference is trim color and the badge.

So do all the other manufacturers. Adidas and Puma are exactly the same. I remember Newcastle having an away kit exactly the same as our Champions League home kit.

Young Boys also had a Puma away kit that was the same template as our home kit the year we met them in the Champions League play-offs.

hughton on coys: Spent the day yesterday at a Nike event hosted at Man City's training ground. Got to play on their indoor 3G, the downside being we had to wear Man City kit

Didnt get to see the new shirt but the GM for all the UK spoke for about 20 minutes and of course we were mentioned at length. I did have a one to one chat with him and he mentioned having a meeting with Daniel Levy about 2 weeks ago.

A guy I know welll from Belfast is actually working on 2018/19 season kit - he did tell me next seasons kit is similar to th federation shirts (think the Kane photos doing the rounds) and confirmed the crest is a shield.

Nothing much else to report.

hughton: When i asked about next seasons kit the guy said it has some navy down the sides.....pretty vague I know and he wasn't biting to tell me more. The only actual piece of info he gave me was the redesign of the crest which I already knew about!
