hughton: When i asked about next seasons kit the guy said it has some navy down the sides.....pretty vague I know and he wasn't biting to tell me more. The only actual piece of info he gave me was the redesign of the crest which I already knew about!
I like the idea of a little navy stripe and potentially some navy trim elsewhere, but I really hope we don't have totally navy sleeves.

I'd put money on the England away kit being near identical to whatever away kit we end up with. If you look at pictures from the Germany game you can see a darker blue stripe down the sides (and the darker blue sleeves). I suspect we'll either have white and slightly off white sleeves with the darker stripe, or blue sleeves.based on that England kit and what we know about the crest being put inside an old-school shield, I suspect someone with 'mad photoshop skillz' could make a reasonably accurate mock up. If anyone does, I promise we will have AIA as sponsor in red! No more blue efforts, never gonna happen!

If we're talking about an all white kit with a navy tape stripe down the side, then it'll be better than any kit we ever had with UA.

Suspect it will be very much along these lines. Blue stripe perhaps a little lighter and the red AIA on top and that's it really, style wise.

It's sounding a lot like a 'filler' shirt to me. An off the shelf Nike strip for a season, then maybe when we enter the new stadium, we'll have a new shirt sponsor and maybe something abit more bespoke.

Didn't the ITK mention a guy was already working on the 18/19 strip? That one could be special.

Why. Should take them a mater of days to come up with a strip for us. Can't see why they will be half arsed in there first season with us

I'm kinda cool with Nike.

I feel like some of our previous kit makers have been a bit "naff". From a "brand coolness" perspective anyway.

The worst thing Nike could do with the kit is white shirt and shorts, and navy socks.Hope that doesn't happen

Not sure why so many grown men get so worked up about what kit the team will be wearing?? Weird
Only thing I can see that people have an issue with is when another team (e.g. Arse/Chelscum) have a link with the manufacturer.
As far as I am concerned, stick a badge and number on a Primark t-shirt and we can play in it - take the best offer for the club in terms of cash and profile and use that to get the players in.
