Interested as to why you say this.

My thinking was that the kit could tie with the stadium which would be linked to the NFL. kind of a package deal for max revenue and exposure.

I don't think the Nike Arena would be worse or better than say, Delta Centre, Easy Jet Avenue or Cathy Pacific Hart Lane. I'm picking airlines here due to Emirites and Etihad.

As far as I'm concerned it can be the Cillit Bang Arena for all I care as long as they give us huge amounts of money - it will always, always be White Hart Lane no matter what they call it.

Only the media will bother referring to the new stadium by whatever silly name it gets.

Er UA would have to grow 20 times bigger to get close to nike, the biggest sportswear brand in the world.

Under Armour do great stuff, but 30m a year is a shit load of money. Astin villa get about 3m!
Obviously Nike are biggee
Typical tottenham to switch from a supplier whose growth is skyrocketing to a company which has seen much better days, with ever declining growth!

UA was unique, but I guess money makes sense.
I was talking "growth".

I'm sure those moaning about Nike will be the first to moan if we stuck with UA and have no money to spend in the transfer window.

Yes I'm sure that scenario has a realistic chance of happening.

If AIA didn't let UA change the color on our home kit the last 3 years, why would that be any different with Nike?

Always with the blue sponsor. As you say, never gonna happen with AIA

The first two comments on that article are morons too

Josh Onomah?!

Highly rated and (more importantly) he's an official Nike athlete.

The Nike shirts for the Euros have been released, no surprise...they're all the same!

If Spurs do end up with Nike (god forbid) at least it'll only be Man City we'll be sharing shirts with assuming they don't sign with any other teams.

I like most of those kits,

No matter the manufacturer, when you supply many teams there are bound to be similarities (especially the 3rd kit). If the club are big and good at negotiating then they include a clause where they have to have at least one unique kit per season.

Some teams/nations have boring (lack of a better word) colours and there's only so much you can do per se.
