Tottenham have teamed up with a UK start-up business called LV8 Sport to launch their brand new football training app.
Grow Football allows fans to film themselves taking part in various training drills, which have each been specifically designed by Spurs and the technology business.
Users will be able to record their performances and scores in each session, uploading their progress to local, global and national leaderboards, as well as private friendship groups.
