depending on seat prices that's over £400k per annum for a few plastic seats here and there.

I’m not a big fan of Spurs fans. The thought of putting up with another 441 of them on a regular basis is rather annoying.

I doubt adding an extra 441 seats in a 61,000 odd stadium will make very much difference to everyones comfort.

There must have been some indication that it would be approved, would seem a bit strange to publicly announce a request for extra seats if there’s a chance it could be rejected by the council
