Tottenham bid for Roger Ibanez rejected

Tottenham Hotspur have made a first move for Roma defender Roger Ibanez but their offer has been snubbed. The value was €22million (£19million) and Roma immediately gave a ‘resounding no’.

The Serie A side allegedly want around €30million (£25.6million) having dropped their asking price from €35million (£30million). Roma would even deal at €25million (£21.5million) if the money was given in cash up front.
