Tottenham Hotspur could be set to let two midfielders leave in the near future as they aim to raise funds for manager Antonio Conte in the transfer market. The Italian boss will be eager to add to his squad this window and Harry Winks and Giovani Lo Celso could depart north London to fund potential incomings.

Their £35m headline is ridiculous though as they then say potentially £6-7m in add ons for lo celso, we all knew that was being discussed 48 hours ago!
£40m+ for winks and lo celso is great business for us at the moment.

Levy is no longer in charge of this. He is basically just the cheque writer.
Paratici is told his budget plus whatever he sells (and a part of the CL money). Whoever we buy and sell for whatever money is down to the director of football.

Whoever is responsible for who we buy or sell, at the end of the day Levy still pulls the purse strings.
