I'm not admin~ but either the thread has been suspended (usually the transfer thread for going off topic), ITK only thread doesn't have replies, threads are merged or just stopped for whatever reasons.

It’s because they saw some reason and have now allowed those of us who are banned from the transfer rumours forum to be able to view the forum, but not contribute posts. If I was ever unbanned I would have never posted there again and definitely lurked (for fear of doing something so abhorrent as posting a picture, and getting banned again), so I think this is the best compromise.

Going off topic, Christ that happens all the time. It would be ok for me to use foul language and slag off other posters, in contravention to the site rules. Jesus wept.
Thanks for the info though. It would be appreciated if admin could give reasons for their actions though.
