Tottenham Hotspur Stadium fire: 300 evacuated from Spurs ground after blaze broke out

Around 300 hundred people had to be evacuated from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after a fire broke out on Thursday. London Fire Brigade were called to the blaze at the football stadium on High Road in Tottenham at 10am and spent an hour battling the blaze until they had it under control. There were no reports of any injuries.

The link below is a statement from spurs, the one linked makes it sound that the fire brigade were battling with a blaze. Where as it had been extinguished prior to them getting there, and the hour spend was safety checks to make sure it was fully extinguished and would not flair up again.
