I feel like our season will either fall away or we will win the fa cup and top 4 I hope the players grow and don't let this kill their momentum

You have to have some admiration for the Italian way of grinding out results. They rarely outplay opponents but find a way

I don't see why everyone is saying Chiellini was brilliant tonight, I thought he and the rest of the defence struggled up until when they scored the 2 goals then they just shut up shop and he just threw himself at the ball a couple of times.

The only thing Poch should have done was got another midfielder on after Asamoah crossed that initial ball. But it was a very difficult call to make to be fair to him.

we needed more energy down the flanks, should have subbed on rose for davies
Should replace Davies in the summer if Rose doesn't come to his level. Said it many times before and people disagree. Not good enough and ruins many situation by panicking and putting in shitty balls. But tonight the problem was elsewhere of course.

has to be said Poch as good as he is is a school boy at the top top level..

We are 1-0 up why don`t you bring on Wanyama to sit with Dembele and and drop Dier into the back a back three... Why were we chasing this game I have no idea!!!

At 1-0 the game was ours.

I would have taken Dier off for Wanyama as Dier has done SO many miles and games recently, as had a lot of the players and looked tired and jaded as the game wore on.

This is just an example of how Poch needs to learn to utilise substitutions.

The 'trust' Poch has in his players is a strength. It also happens to be his biggest weakness.

Experience was the difference between the teams today. We learn from it, and we do better next season. Now our focus has to be on 2nd place in the league, and to win the FA cup.

I think Poch was banking on the game going into extra time which stopped him using all 3 subs and brining Lucas on which was wrong.

Absolutely gutted but proud of the whole club. We pick ourselves up go for the FA cup and finish strongly and get top 4.

Guys, come on.. Allegri sub was nothing genius about.. This twat had no answers except shouting like a crazy bitch at the touchline like another fucking Conte.

The subs he made were fortuitous; the fresh legs helped. We lost concentration more that the tactical change had any effect.

I also have nothing but respect for guys like Buffon and Chiellini. It's often a bit dirty but so effective, and I really felt their emotions when Chiellini made that tackle to deny Kane a tap in and they cheered as if they'd scored. More of that in football, please.

I may have a grudging respect for hose players, but absolutely none for that bald **** in black!!!:mad::mad:

I love Pochettino but for me, tonight exposed his ceiling as a manager. When Juventus made that width change to stretch our defence, Pochettino should’ve responded. Someone should’ve dropped into the back 4 to account for the larger gaps in our defence. He didn’t react and we conceded two goals as a consequence ofthem stretching our defence.

Pochettino’s in-game management is such a hindrance. If we aren’t winning, it’s very unlikely that we ever make a change in-game, be it with subs or a change of formation to turn a game around.

We had that game won. We didn’t react to their change and we lost it. I’m not blaming the players.

Second half master class from them.

Ferguson or Mourinho would have changed to make us tighter when they changed their system and started to over run us before they even scored. After they scored the 2nd goal they changed again and restricted the spaces. We were just open all game and assumed almost whatever happened in our half the game was so open we could always play in their half. Inexperienced manager and inexperienced on the pitch. We have to try to learn from these games.
