I’m glad the bookies make them favourites for this game and I’m glad that many of the so called bandwagon jumping pundits think that they will edge it, my only surprise was that Lawro of all the pundits didn’t, he predicts a draw.

I must however express my disappointment at some on this forum and on this thread who are considering giving this game a miss even if there is an opportunity to watch it on telly because they are worried we may take a beating.

Come on, grow a pair I say, stand proud, and get behind your team FFS ! I’m going to Wembley and getting behind them, and I even if you can’t make it you should not be ducking out of it on the tv through fear or worry of how it might end, let’s give em a game and a going over on the pitch that they won’t forget ! If we can’t get up for these games who the fuck can we get up for !!! COYS let’s get stuck into em, if we lose I don’t want it to be because we’ve tamely rolled over.

Let’s shut the bookies, pundits and doubting Thomas lot up !!!

Seriously? Fuck me for having faith in the team. Haven't we lost like 3 league games all year. Jesus this place is toxic at times. I can't believe some of the comments in here. We have a great team and this game can go either way but the way people are talking is like we have no chance.
Not sure what your problem is mate you said that we were shit now so I said that was your opinion so don't know why you are going off on me about toxic atmosphere when people are expressing opinion on a open forum.

Match day baby!!!

We have got to beat them ****s. I'm going for 6-2 spurs. Harry the Hattrick king to ram it down salahs throat, Moura with a double to show whose the new kid to be terrified of and Van Dick with a 90th min mix up with Alison for an own goal.

What would be a more fun win - a 1-0 Van Dick own goal win or a 6-0 hammering? im stuck between the two
An 8-0 hammering, that painful 78/79 7-0 lived long in the memory for me because I was surrounded by glory hunting school kids who followed the crowd like sheep and who had never been near Anfield in their lives, they never let me forget it whilst I was kid throughout the entire 5 years at secondary school !

Luckily I wasn't born to live that. I don't think I'd have survived that defeat especially Liver****s

Sounds like travel chaos today. No Met line and the Chiltern line to Wembley Stadium is also having problems.

I’ve been sick the whole weekend and has been in hospital so this is the first big game in a while I haven’t felt anything. I’m not nervous, confident, optimistic, pessimistic, excited. No feelings, feels weird
Hope we win though obviously COYS

I feel sick.

Had a random man trying to talk to me from his Range Rover in Earlsfield as I walked to the station. So weird.

Yeah, you should support through thick and thin. I fear a period of general success for us has brought with it a bit of a plastic mentality. I find it sad.
