I'm not surprised to be honest. Half the squad had no pre-season thanks to the World Cup. No rest. No new players to freshen up the squad. Uncertainty over where we're playing. I think this will be a very hard season and I can see us finishing 5th. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I think you'll be proven right. We needed an injection of fresh blood over the summer, if for no other reason but to give those on World Cup duty a chance to recover.

It's just so naive. Let's push Rose and Tripper far up and leave all the space behind for their attackers. Who in their right mind does that against Liverpool? And for so long in when you're seeing it's hitting us so much. So annoyingly stupid.

This isn't one of those teams though, I really don't think it is. Liverpool haven't even been that great and they haven't had to be, we've afforded them so much space down the flanks that we've made it easy, far too easy for them.

Really pissed off with Poch again today.

I think there is general apathy at the club from poch and players since the lack of investment in the squad, it was and is a scandalous decision not to freshen it all up and I really don't understand levy and pochs agreement to buy no-one.
We have not started the season well at all even though it is only 5 games in already we look to be in a bit of trouble.
