We were booing him from minute one, and then every touch he had thereafter.

I thought the treatment of Walker was pretty bad. The guy played for us for 7/8 years, always gave his best on the pitch and I don’t believe it was all about money.

Like it or not he went to a team with a far better chance of winning the league than us and he’s been vindicated.

Ok he had his head turned and as such wasn’t as focused as he should have been at the end of last season and was dropped as a result, but unlike another player ( who is still here) he hasn’t said a bad word about us.

I thought the booing was out of order personally, but sadly I’m not surprised.

Have to agree with you regarding walker he was a decent servant of the club who left to put himself in a better position to win the league and trophies in general.
And in fairness to him he has achieved that by winning two this season alone more than what he probably would have won with us had he stayed certainly the league.
I don't begrudge him the move he has moved on and so have we with a new stadium and hopefully silverware to follow for us in the future.
