Tottenham are keeping a keen eye on Red Star Belgrade teenage sensation Luka Jovic. Club scouts have been making regular checks on the 17-year-old striker since last season.

Good news is his club are in debt and probably need to sell him soon; bad news is he's got third party ownership. Tidy player though, real talent for 17.

Not for the first team yet but a loan back deal like we did with Alli maybe. A lot of players look great at 17 but then don't make it, if he's 6m we need to be convinced about him.

how many young "starlets" from the former yugoslavia have we been linked with the last few years and how many have come? The next Luka bleeding Modric has almost joined us every other summer since the original left for Madrid

Didnt FIFA, or was in UEFA, out-law that a few months ago? Norwegian clubs are not allowed to have investors "lend" them money to buy players anymore...
