Tottenham returning with new Thierry Small bid

Tottenham are set to return with a new bid for Southampton star Thierry Small, sources have told Football Insider. The left-back, 18, was the subject of an £800,000 January offer from Spurs that was rejected by the Saints. Southampton wanted £1.2million for Small at the time and he ended up joining St Mirren on loan for the rest of the season.
