Hey don't forget that Spurs are "set to sign" this guy; that's a lot closer than "have been alerted to" or "are interested in signing", and a WHOLE LOT CLOSER than "have recognized the possibilities of attempting to sign".

has the bid actually been "launched" yet? Are Bayern "bracing themselves" to receive a fax or maybe even an email? In the internet age transfer bullshite really has become a language all of its own.
