Personally I would leave this transfer and try and get Nastasic from Man City. Would be an infinitely easier transfer to complete and probably cheaper...

Except the majority of our fringe players that could be sold, are unlikely to end up at teams competing in Europe this season.

Also if we sold a player to a team in the CL, they would be eligible to play, even if they appeared in the Europa for us.
