Apart from the goal we've been very good
If you call running around and working hard to win the ball good then yes. And at least we are showing some effort, but our defending has been woefully disorganised and our attacking is completely non existent Don't think we have created a single chance.

If Arsenal were on form we'd be 3 or 4 down

I am in shock. We are moving the ball so much quicker. Where on earth did that come from?

Apart from some awful defensive lapses, we have looked good in possession.

Eriksen/Bentaleb combination in the middle combined with wide forwards who always make themselves available

We have no end product because we have Bentaleb and Townsend playing in 2 of the 5 key attacking positions. These two have shown they do not have end product or creativity, but some people here and our manager seemingly can't see it.

We've seen this same fucking story over and over again. We'll come out flying in the second half with no changes until they score on the counter and then Sherwood will make wholesale changes at minute 75. He needs to be proactive and make changes at the half, or we won't win this.
What's the alternative genius?

Bentaleb and Sandro haven't go into the game. I'd be inclined to take one off in the second half for the more direct Paulinho.

Rose having a shocker but Naughton's done very well on the right and I don't want him on the left. I wonder if Walker can play left?

Chadli has done very well. Eriksen needs to get a bit more into the thick of things.

Another of those games where we couldn't make the breakthrough whilst on top, and another in which we'll probably pay for it. We surely won't have as much control of the ball in the second half.

Frustrating that we've allowed Arsenal the opportunity to regroup...but then I did expect it given how easy we are to defend against. For all our possession the Arse backline have looked comfortable.

How have we been very good? How many shots have we had on target? Arsenal got in a few dangerous positions and should be winning by more than 1.

we are playing well but sums us up, more chance of me flying to the moon than scoring, so shit in the final 3rd its like we are a division 2 side. snatch at everything and eriksen aside we never get get our heads up, both fulbacks booked, lets fucking run at them give that bold muppet a decision to make

They've allowed us to have the ball and just want to hit us on the counter. Just like Chelsea.

We need 2 forwards to actually make the possession count for something.

As always, completely right sided, slow and disjointed.
I think another midfeild player who can run at them with the ball would be great. Sadly we don"t have many. Maybe play Chadli in the role of Bentaleb and he could make some runs and put Paulinho on who runs off the ball into the area so can work with Ade and Christian

Am I the only one looking at Townsend jogging back when we lose possession and thinking we miss Lennon?

Decent enough performance but still worried we won't score

Chadli surprisingly very good. Our best player followed by Naughton IMO

Bentaleb a total passenger. That aside there has not been much wrong with our play, but as ever our players don't have that familiarity with each other to know who will be making what runs. Townsend and Ade keep narrowly failing to link up with each other.

Impressed by chadli and naughton. But let's gamble soon and replace bentaleb with soldado.

How can a team that has ZERO shots on goal be playing "very well?" This game is about goals. It's been the same story all season. No end product and no creativity.
