I hope that the lads approach this game as confidently as they did the Arsenal one. They have to believe that the game is theirs for the taking. Chelsea will come in and probably look to set up as they did in the Cap 1 cup final last year. We need to be smart, stay very focused and be clinical.

Great news that Lamela is fit. I can see him earning another yellow in this game but his intensity is just what this game needs. Nervous about this game but can't bloody wait either. I so want us to smash them. COYS!

Hugo; walker, toby, vert, rose; dier, dembele; eriksen, lamela, son; kane.

Can't belive people who wants mason to start this one. He is clearly not on his level from last year. And made some silly mistakes under no pressure. Let him come on in the 60-70th if the game has settled (on a 4-0 lead to us:D)

Cant wait for the kick off, my only worry is quarbag trip and its effect....but I think poch has this group of players on a stamina level we never had in spurs before(y)

Love spurs so much right now, and i have this weird feeling off TRUE belief in this group. Not just hope, but genuinly faith tjat this time we actually have something really special :)

Just need to bring our game to them and let that do the talking, while avoiding all antics they use. Can see us running riot

Lamela in for Ali and that is as good as we can field. Put son at 10 and his high intensity game coupled with his pace and goal threat will basically offset the loss of Ali. The only thing that we lose is ali's physicality, while son is energetic and will run himself into the ground he doesn't quite get stuck in in the same way.

I reckon if we can get out and strangle the life out of them early and score we will win.

But if we doing score early, it will be a tough game as they will grow on confidence. We need to blow them away.

I agree generally, but not with the last bit. We seem to have developed a steadfast approach to games, where we simply keep doing what we do regardless of the score.

For me that's been one of the most impressive developments under Pochettino. High intensity and pressing from start to finish. Sure Pochettino will look to shut the game down if we're in a comfortable position, but the game plan doesn't seem to fluctuate much if we're drawing, losing, or narrowly in front. We just keep going.

I didn't hate AVB like some on here, but he probably had a 72 slide PowerPoint presentation for every eventuality, which was only ever going to confuse the team. Under Pochettino it comes across as '0-0? Keep going'. '0-1? Keep going'. '1-0? Keep going'. Chelsea may rise and fall in confidence throughout the game, but I suspect we'll just keep coming at them in the same way.

The loss of Alli's physicality will be more than made up for by having Lamelas defensive contribution back coupled with Dembele & Dier providing a sheer Rock face in front of the sublime CB's

This game will be won or lost by our Full Backs today imo. & keeping Willian quiet
