For Southampton, when he had a run in the team he really didn't do well, I mentioned this to a saints season ticket holder and he couldn't say anything positive about him either.

Don't get me wrong I hope he plays a blinder but I just feel the prem is a level too high for him based on what I have seen, but he may have improved considerably since joining us

Bit harsh to call him awful based on 8 games 4 years ago for Southampton imo but whatever.

So you didn't watch him then.. nvm.

At least our female support will enjoy his debut. Handsome shit he is.

Even with all these injuries to key players this year, every starting 11 has been so solid. Ok it's a pain not to have everyone to select from, but look how far we have come and how strong, our understrength 11 is. We have 16 or so real quality players who Poch trusts in multiple positions.

I'd even fancy this team in the NLD as well.

Looking at his stats he hasn't played multiple games for Southampton since the 2013/2014 season. Think we should give him the benefit of the doubt that he's improved since then.

Just ignoring what I said then? I have seen him play. Calm your tits.

I have doubted our lineup too many times and been proven wrong enough to learn my lesson. Hope these injuries get cleared up over the international break as it feels like a revolving door at the moment. This team has enough talent to win this game and Palace have enough incentive to nick it.

He is 3rd choice. He can’t be much better or he would 1st choice at a lower club.
We have to accept today that we are forced to use our depth to the fullest and work hard. It’s still a good team, but yes, palace will do their most to target the keeper.
