yeah i've heard this a lot for some reason when we were said to be signing him. Obviously not a lot of people watch anything other than spurs as wanyama has always been pretty good. He doesn't do the hollywood long passes but he is assured on the ball and chooses the safest pass to other players who progress with the ball. For a DM that's what you want.
