Not by bell ends. I don't believe he used the summer window wisely, taking advantage of our CL position. We needed 2 strikers inho. We sign one with question marks. We needed final third creative threats with sparks, at least 2. We sign unproven GKN with question marks. That is where the problem is.

You see that as Poch's doing though? I reckon he probably threw a shit fit over getting Sissoko right at the end because we spent the summer going for bargains as per usual and leaving the squad light. It looks very light at the moment with a few injuries..

Y'all really need to take a moment and fuckin relax yourselves. We hit the bar twice, controlled the entire game, only lost a goal through a moment of individual error.

We haven't been scincillating by any means but this "AVB" stuff is bollocks. As is the "we're chokers" stuff.

We're brutally difficult to beat and we've still not lost whilst having our star player out.

Jesus Christ, I swear some of you must be new to the game. Things are better than they've ever been - we're having a stale patch - IN WHICH WE STILL HAVEN'T LOST or even looked like conceeding.

These match threads are ridiculous, childish and tiresome when some posters use them to vent every stray pass and jump down the throats of every player who dare not make a perfect pass.
Doesn't matter what spin you put on it. We can't score, and we don't look like scoring. (and that's kind of a big deal in football!)

i do wonder what we do on the training pitching in the week as for about the 50 time under poch we look like we haven't thought about attacking when our opponent sits deep.

I'd bite your hand off for top 4 right now.

Frankly I could not give a toss about top four, it's not like we are doing anything special in the CL either, we are just in it making up the numbers, I would rather us win a trophy but apparently we throw cup games so we can save ourselves for performances like today...

We could have a real struggle on our hands against Leverkusen. There is no chemistry between our attacking players. Far too tentative.

Yeah we were unlucky not to get a winning goal by the finest of margins, but over the whole 90 minutes, and not just this week, our play was mostly ultra safe, static, and for large spells at an intensity that wouldn't be acceptable in a training game. We seem to have a 5-10 mins burst in each half and that's it. Personally I don't think you deserve to win football matches with that approach.

I was impressed with Janssen today and get a feeling that he's close to scoring (from open play)

6 genuine goal scoring chances + 1 penalty against 2 chances for Leicester.

Normally enough to win comfortably, but we can't buy a win at the moment.

You can go unbeaten for the entire season, it means nothing, what's more important is that our manager learns from his mistakes, which he isn't doing clearly as we are seeing the same mistakes week in week out.

It's so predictable, we all knew before this game what the outcome would be today, how Leicester would play and yet we still fail to prepare correctly.

It's one of two things, Poch isn't good enough to adapt and learn OR our players aren't, which one is it?
It's neither and your questions are shit.

We have very little attacking threat at the moment and we are 3 points off first. We will be fine this season, chill out.

Not buying a player of gotze or isco's ability is going to hurt us this season... ability wise eriksen is nowhere near the level of coutinho , isco or gotze .. And spending 30m for sissoko and not spending 34m for mane is a punishable offense ...
That's not about transfer amounts but our wage limit I suspect.

Frustrating game - ropeable with the ref for letting Morgan get away with his shit.

But we were the better side and Janssen close to ripping a game apart imo. Teammates starting to understand and believe in him. So so close to a hatful today

Why didn't we bring on N'Koudou earlier? He was the only player able to run at them.
Instantly sought to get round the back and cause them problems. Completely obvious to bring him on earlier.

Not sure what poch's thought process is tbh vis our forward play.

Poch is always weird with his subs, took an age to bring on Son VS Wba and by then it was too late, taking off Dele & Son VS Bournemouth when we needed a goal, and again today took until the 80th min to make his first sub ...

It's not great and clearly we are still lacking a bit of quality but it is telling that some people don't take long to start doom mongering.
