Really depends which Spurs team turns up, the one who played against Palace or the one who played against Chelski.

It doesn't depend on that, though, not exclusively. It depends on how Sheffield United play.

We didn't play all that badly against Palace - we never looked like losing the game until, suddenly, we were behind. It wasn'tlike the home match against Stoke or the gutless second half at home against Newcastle.

When we play a team that tries to play football against us - even Chelsea - we look exciting, creative and ruthless. When we play against a team that packs the defence, closes down like mad and counter-attacks against our not-very-well-protected defence, we struggle.

No prizes for guessing how Sheffield United are going to approach this evening.

I thought we didn't do too bad v Sunderland's very experienced defence. We looked better when Andros and Ade came on and they helped squeeze open the tiny gap that Eriksen found. Harry also hit the post. So more of the same and I think we will get a goal (s?) from outside the area if inside is congested.

And to add to that, even if we do manage to get the opening goal - they'll still stick to the game plan as a one goal deficit wouldn't be a bad result going into the second leg.

For some reason though, and I ought to know a lot better, I think we'll win handsomely tonight.

Got a ticket for tonight, two in fact, but now can't make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Absolutely gutted. At least that means it will be 6-0 Spurs though.

I don't think it's dawned on me quite how big tonight's match is. I was born in 1990, and as a club Spurs have only reached 5 major Cup Finals since then, winning only 3 (one of which I was too young to remember). I've only ever seen Spurs lift 2 fucking trophies!

Tonight is huge.

Hope not.

Why not? Can't rely on Harry Kane all season, soldado clearly isnt up to it.

Adebayor, if he wants to be, is one of the better strikers we can get and I'd trust him against lower league anyway.
