It was pretty amazing being right in the middle of that. On the one hand, half of the crowd was half-paying-attention to the match. On the other hand, I'm sure our players loved the constant roar for what must have been about 10 minutes.

I chimed in a bit myself, but I had to sing the next day, so I couldn't just belt it out regardless :-(
What were they singing? I couldn't catch what the words were.

It was the usual good-humoured "we're Park Lane, we're Park Lane, we're Park Lane Tottenham", then "we're Shelf side, we're Shelf side, we're Shelf side Tottenham" back-and-forth, it's just that it was nearly everyone doing it and it felt like it went on for ages.

It did! It was awesome!

Was watching the game without commentary and I was having goosebumps when the chant went on for like 10 mins!

It was pretty amazing and watching from the Park lane you saw how the shelf side spread further and further every shout and half way through had reached the half way line.
Quite chilled about today's game, be leaving soon and really confident.

We should win this....but how many times have we thought that before supporting Spurs. These games are never easy. Players better be giving it 100%.

We need that loud and persistent chanting at every game. It creates a superb amosphere and spurs on our Spurs like nothing else.

Mate I was sat right at the North end of the shelf and it reached us. It was fantastic.

We need WHL to be like it was Thursday for every single home game we have left, our away support has seemed fantastic every single game this season but we go far too quiet at home when we're not ahead after 20 mins and I don't care what anybody say's, the atmosphere definitely has a massive impact on the players, it can give a player an extra yard of pace and can make all the difference.

You mean if the fans just sung more when Fazio was playing, nobody would have outpaced him...? Why didn't you say this before?

Reading Sigurdsons comments in the paper today he really seems to want to prove a point and is really up for it. To many times ex players come back and score against us.I worry about this game more than I do against the top sides I just hope it's not another Newcastle game. We should win it but then when Newcastle beat us they were on a long losing run and were there for the taking and we didn't take it and Swansea are a better side and at the beggining of the season were playing well so it's not going to be easy.
I don't think there will be many goals if any 1- 0 or 0-0.
