There were times last season when Rose was not performing and despite this Zeki got very little game time. We have seen Rose improve in pre-season with the pressure of direct competition, I would have liked to see Zeki play a little more last season. He didn't look bad in what we did see (well IMO anyway).

I guess £3m for a player who would now get little game time is ok but does seem a tiny bit cheap, when you consider he is 21 and homegrown.
