How about trying to affect games in a positive way Andros & the coach will play you? Really annoyed when players moan they aren't getting games & blame the manager, rather than look at themselves & their own performances.

Andros hasn't done an awful lot in his appearances to merit a first-team place, so he can't whine. What he needs to do is listen to the feedback from the coaching staff & apply himself.

A talented player I'd like to see us get the best out of him or move him on. Lamela isn't setting the world alight right now so if he knuckles down there's a place to be won.

Don't know why he's asking for assurances? Even west brom don't want him. I think he should realise on his own that he needs to show a lot more if he wants to go to the euros.

Another one of our frustrating players. On his day he is an asset, but on others he's a liability. It's all about consistency (and knowing when to effing shoot or not!!)...

I can't understand some of our fans....Townsend is Tottenham. He has potential we haven't yet seen it consistently but imo it's certainly there, ok his not Bale which unfortunately is a chain around his neck I feel, following soon after him, but still a decent player who benefits the squad.

He has grown up through the ranks and we should keep him around and rotate.

Why is it that some players engender a pathological dislike? He is our player. He wants to play and he has some skill at it. He has been with us for years and never agitated inappropriately. Poch is obviously not as desperate to remove him from the squad as others or he would be gone.

He should get chances in Cup games to prove his worth. If he can produce something offensively (which we know he can) and work hard defensively (which we haven't seen) he'll be entitled to have a grumble if he remains sidelined. If he's currently out of the picture he only need look in the mirror to see who he needs to be having a chat with.

Aw come off it, if he wasn't English most of his 'supporters' on here would easily just say it as it is. If you average out all his performances he's been effing shite in a Tottenham shirt since day one. He's had what, 50+ appearances? He's had his chance and didn't take it. The management have known it for some time and would sell him but noone else sees enough to pay Levy type money.

He's a good tryer, so good luck to him. I hope he gets his move. But a top half team needs a lot better.

I agree, but when you are named as a make-weight in two possible trade deals, what sort of "feedback" does that give you?

I like Andros, he really wants to do well with us.

We should have found a role for such passion by now.

This is why I am against system based managers.

Are you not a supporter, after all you're a Spurs fan so by rights you should support any players who pulls on the white shirt.

He's from Walthamstow. It's not just coz he's English. He's local. Like I said earlier, that doesn't excuse him for poor play or anything but the fact he's a local lad means I give him that bit of extra leeway and it certainly means I'll never abuse or constantly mock him like the majority on here. Same goes for Kane and Mason.
